Not to say. Am I addicted to use. Was´it nicotine cofeine, amfetamine or or good fuck. They all got a place in my hearth.

Now I¨ve been mostly user of nicotine. smokes, pouches, inhalers/vapes. I drink much energy drinks and coffee.

Drugs I dont use much/none. ADHD stimulants only.

Before I had control of using, I used substances to only feel better for myself. Everyday something for something. Too high...... too low.... too mid....... Now on what ever...... Only bad days maybe ADHD stimulants.
